Do you accept returns?
We will accept returns IF the item you purchased is significantly different than described or becomes damaged in transit. To affect a return we MUST be notified by email within 2 days of your receipt of the item of a problem. Returns must be shipped back to us no later than 7 days after receipt. Postal charges are no refundable.
Who do you use for shipping?
All items are shipped U.S. Postal Service. Smaller items will go first class. Larger / heavier items Priority Mail, and books and magazines will be shipped USPS Media Mail.
Do you combine shipping charges?
Yes, whenever possible. The shopping cart will not automatically combine shipping. We will evaluate multiple purchases for the most economical shipping and send you a modified invoice. Or, you may email us in advance of multiple purchases for a shipping quote.
