Payment:
Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.
We accept credit cards and echecks through Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. Personal checks may delay shipping for up to 7 business days.
Out of Stock Items:
In order to keep our prices low and our merchandise fresh, we do not maintain a vast warehouse with multiples of everything we sell.
Occasionally an item is purchased that is no longer in stock. This usually occurs when an item is purchased before we have had opportunity to pull the listing from a previous sale.
If you have already paid for an out of stock the item, your payment will be promptly refunded.
Refunds:
Items for refund must be returned to us within 7 days of
your receipt in exact condiiton as received. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping:
Shipping charges stated on each item page include our handling fees. The majority of items will be shipped within 3 days of payment via US Postal Service. Smaller items will go out first class mail, larger items Priority Mail, and books and media will ship USPS Media Mail.
** Please note: Media Mail can at times be very slow. The postal service estimates delivery in from 2-9 days. Our average seems to be about 4-5 days, but we have had some that literally take weeks. If you purchase something that falls under Media Mail and need to assure a faster delivery, please write us for a Priority Mail quote on the item.
